\u7531\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u904b\u52d5\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u57fa\u91d1\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u751f\u614b\u5df4\u58eb\u5c07\u65bc2015\u5e749\u6708\u81f32016\u5e748\u6708\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u65bc\u89c0\u5858\u5340\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u888b\u888b\u76f8\u50b3\u300d\u904b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n

With the support of Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF), ecobus shall organize the project called \u201cEducation cum community resources re-allocation scheme for community sharing of shopping bags\u201d in Kwun Tong district from September 2015 to August 2016.<\/p>\n

\u672c\u6a5f\u69cb\u5c07\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u8cfc\u7269\u5546\u5834\u3001\u793e\u5340\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f4f\u5b85\u7684\u516c\u773e\u5730\u65b9\u653e\u7f6e\u8cfc\u7269\u888b\u5206\u4eab\u7ad9\u3002\u8207\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u6703\u8209\u8fa6\u4e00\u500b\u4e7e\u6de8\u56de\u6536\u6bd4\u8cfd\uff1a\u300c\u8cfc\u7269\u888b\u56de\u6536\u6bd4\u8cfd\u300d\u3002\u6bd4\u8cfd\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u62db\u52d9\u4e0d\u540c\u5b78\u6821\uff0c\u5728\u6821\u5712\u8209\u8fa6\u4e00\u500b\u56de\u6536\u7d71\u8a08\u6bd4\u8cfd\u3002\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e00\u500b\u4ee5\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\u70ba\u5c0d\u8c61\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8abf\u67e5\u70ba\u984c\u7684\u6bd4\u8cfd\uff1a\u300c\u793e\u5340\u8207\u8cfc\u7269\u888b\u7814\u7a76\u8abf\u67e5\u300d\u3002\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u6d3b\u52d5\u751f\u5b78\u751f\u5c07\u6703\u7372\u9080\u53c3\u52a0\u4ee5\u56de\u6536\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u3002\u70ba\u63d0\u9ad8\u5e02\u6c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u548c\u5ba3\u50b3\u6b64\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u6703\u8209\u884c\u300c\u555f\u52d5\u79ae\u300d\u548c\u300c\u9812\u734e\u5100\u5f0f\u66a8\u7d93\u9a57\u4ea4\u6d41\u300d\u3002\u6b64\u9805\u76ee\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u9032\u793e\u5340\u8cc7\u6e90\u5171\u4eab\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u8cfc\u7269\u888b\u3002\u7e3d\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u7c4d\u6b64\u9805\u76ee\u57f9\u990a\u7a4d\u6975\u73cd\u60dc\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u767c\u8d77\u5728\u793e\u5340\u5c64\u9762\u6539\u8b8a\u6d88\u8cbb\u548c\u8655\u7406\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002<\/p>\n

Shopping bags sharing stands will be set up in public area such as shopping malls, community centres, and also common area of residential buildings. In parallel, a Clean Recycling competition, Shopping Bag Recycling Competition, of shopping bags shall be held among schools in Kwun Tong to collect usable shopping bags for sharing station as well as a research-based competition, Community and Shopping Bag Study, shall be held among secondary students. Additionally, workshops will be provided to educate students to maximize the use of resources and the concept of resources community sharing. To raise the public\u2019s environmental awareness on community sharing as well as publicize the project, a \u201cKick off ceremony\u201d and a \u201cPrize presentation ceremony and experience sharing\u201d will be held. This project aims to promote community sharing of resources, reduce the use of shopping bags. Overall, through the proposed project, we hope to cultivate positive attitude for cherishing resources and initiate behaviour change of the consuming-disposal behaviour at the community level.<\/p>\n
