The houses lack public sewerage and drainage, they are built without infrastructure, they are built without oversight and the demand is infinite.<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0f\u578b\u5c4b\u5b87\u653f\u7b56\uff08\u6751\u5c4b\uff09\u662f\u6700\u5177\u7834\u58de\u529b\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6392\u6c61\u53ca\u53bb\u6c34\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u7121\u57fa\u790e\u5efa\u8a2d\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u7a2e\u7121\u9060\u898b\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u9700\u6c42\u537b\u662f\u7121\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The Tai Long Sai Wan incident in July 2010 was a reminder that country parks are at risk from development on enclaves of private land. The Government promised immediate action to protect the parks.
