Guess what, the new draft outline zoning plans show exactly these areas now zoned for house development &#8211; development which will damage the integrity of the country parks.<\/p>\n<p>\u6d77\u4e0b\u548c\u767d\u814a\u9019\u5169\u7247\u90ca\u91ce\u516c\u5712\u300c\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u571f\u5730\u300d\u7684\u571f\u5730\u8f49\u8b93\u8a18\u9304\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u8a72\u5169\u8655\u7684\u8fb2\u5730\u4ff1\u65bc\u8fd1\u5e74\u51fa\u552e\u8207\u5730\u7522\u767c\u5c55\u5546\u3002\u975e\u5e38\u5de7\u5408\u5730\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u5206\u5340\u5927\u7db1\u8349\u5716\u4e2d\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u8fb2\u5730\u525b\u597d\u7d66\u5283\u4f5c\u300c\u9109\u6751\u5f0f\u767c\u5c55\u300d\uff0c\u53ef\u4f9b\u8208\u5efa\u6751\u5c4b\u3002\u9019\u52e2\u5c07\u56b4\u91cd\u7834\u58de\u90ca\u91ce\u516c\u5712\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u74b0\u5883\u3002<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s ignore, as the Government does, that the Small House Policy was to provide homes for sons of villagers, not for wanton development. Did someone get lucky? Did developers have some spectacular foresight? Did developers twist the arms of the Planning Department?
